The Perfect ChoicePersimmon Country Club is capable of creating the perfect event for your occasion. Our main conference center, Persimmon Hall is 4200 Sq. Ft. It can also be split into 4 separate rooms. Total capacity for a seated meal is 300 guests. This allows us to offer maximum flexibility to our clients. In addition, we also offer the Hill House. Located behind the 13th fairway, this property offers a casual setting with a panoramic view of the golf course and surrounding terrain. The Hill House can accommodate up to 70 guests, and is a beautiful setting with cathedral ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. There are also breakout rooms available at this location. Executive Chef, Doug Rust, comes to Persimmon with over 10 years experience with Bon Appetit. As a Regional Chef, Doug traveled all over the United States cultivating his vast knowledge and diverse experience in the culinary arts. We are sure to please the palette with our carefully prepared menu, highlighted by a traditional Pacific Northwest flair and accompanied by the best in regional wines and local microbrews.
